See video of Rick Perry's very strange speech in New Hampshire

Was he drunk?  Was he on drugs?  Had he just smoked some pot?  If you watch till the end, you'll see he obviously thinks he has nailed a great speech and is very proud of himself.  Watch this video and judge for yourself -- and listen to Rachel Maddow's analysis (that it spells the end of Perry's candidacy for president).  I agree with Rachel, but then I never thought Perry was presidential material, right from the beginning.  God help us all if someone like him ever makes it to the top job.  As the Republican candidates parade past us on our TV screens, Obama (for all his flaws) is looking better and better!
