You can view online documentaries that help to raise consciousness

All free...I just viewed an interesting one called Kymatica -- although not technologically well done, it offered some good historical information and some helpful spiritual direction to those who are open to it.  Made by a young man named Benjamin Stewart who obviously has strong curiosity and has done a lot of research and self-introspection.
