A most appropriate message from a reader of this blog

I just received the following message from Bob, a regular reader of this blog, who, like me, sees more dark days ahead for us in the political scene. His perspicacious comment deserves to be shared with other readers:

 

During my morning Bible reading this morning I came upon the words of Jesus in Luke 11:46:

 

"Woe to you lawyers also! for you load men with your burdens hard to bear, and you yourself do not touch the burdens with one of your fingers."

 

Sounds like congress.  (AMEN to that, Bob!)
