What should the punishment be for raped girls who have abortions?

This is an excellent question, for which Ryan and his Republican men cohorts apparently have no answer (or, more pointedly, no answer they feel safe in giving until they are elected).  If elected, Ryan and his GOP men buddies would (will) make it a crime for a woman/girl who has been raped to get an abortion. In addition to the devastating pain she has endured in being raped, they would (will) make her carry for 9 months and give birth to the rapist's progeny. This would apply across the board to young teenage girls as well as women. Besides being horrendously cruel to the women, it is also tragically cruel to the unwanted child who was conceived not in love but in violence.  The hard-minded harshness of the Republican men's mindset against women's rights is chilling. They and the Catholic bishops who applaud them remind me of the Taliban in the way they regard women.  Makes you wonder what kind of a decision they would make if it were their bodies (or the bodies of their wives or daughters).
