"Truth" Commission proposed by Leahy

Here is a video of last night's Rachel Maddow show, on this subject. She interviewed Leahy and asked him some good questions, but didn't get the kind of answers I (and Rachel) hoped for. Personally, I want an indictment and complete trial for Bush and Cheney! I don't agree with Leahy on this mealy-mouthed proposal -- but it gives us a foothold in begging Obama to prosecute Bush/Cheney and their minions. It is humorous that Republicans say, "We can't prosecute a president" -- hmmm.....Leahy makes the point that the Republicans did exactly that for SIX YEARS when they went after Clinton. Funny how Republicans are always seeing things differently when the shoe is on the other foot.
