Reporters talking gibberish all over the place --very weird

Video of 3 different reporters descending into gibberish while giving news reports -- and Judge Judy had the same thing happen to her the other day.  What in heck is going on????  Some say microwaves from HAARP or other types of secret technology may be to blame...
