Fracking causing Texas earthquakes

Both Oklahoma and Texas are experiencing these frequent earthquakes since fracking began in their states -- and let's not even mention the pollution of their water.  And what a "nice" law Texas has -- that you can buy your property (home and land) but the previous owner can retain the mineral rights when the property changes hands -- and can sell them to oil companies.  Surprise! You will soon have drilling and fracking on your parcel.  You only own the surface =-O   Oops.
