Fight within the Republican party -- should be interesting

Now that they have the majority in the Senate and the House, it will be interesting to see how Republicans proceed to run the country, with the Tea Party continually insisting on having their way.  Republicans have spent years grousing against Obama and blaming him while diabolically putting obstacles in the way of everything he wanted to do, but now they will have to clear away obstructions in order to put forth an efficient presence for their own party.

It's put up or shut up time for the Republican Party as a whole -- and we know the Tea Party is not going to shut up...or give up on their demands. So how will the party as a whole "put up"?   The Tea Party think it's a great idea to shut down the government if their demands aren't being met.  How is Mitch McConnell going to rein them in?  Is it even possible to rein them in?  We'll soon find out, won't we? (~.~)

Republicans may soon find out for themselves the meaning of that old adage: "Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it."  Read today's NY Times article on the civil war within the party:
