EXCERPT: it’s sickening to realize that the big winners in the midterm elections are likely to be the very people who first got us into this mess, then did everything in their power to block action to get us out.  (Yes, but the ignorant, gullible people on the right keep falling for the lies of their so-called "leaders" like Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, and (ugh) Glenn Beck.  It seems some will never learn...and the rest of us have to suffer for their blindness.)
